Richard, Bob, Kitty and I visited the Pacific Aviation Museum at Pearl Harbor this afternoon.
First I spent some time in the Bowfin display area waiting for Bob & Kitty to finish their tour of the sub.
Security there is picky and they make you check any bags into a locker before you go on the tour. So knowing this in advance I decided to make do with my Canon S95 point and shoot rather than take my Nikon D90.
They hide all the really good stuff in Hanger #79.
Look carefully at the glass...those are bullet holes.
If I understood the bus driver correctly this is the original control tower that was here on December 7, 1941.
