12-06-30 Sunrise Makai Research Pier/Koko Head Botanical Gardens

We had a pretty good size group of people show up to our sunrise at Makai Pier this morning.  So there was a lot more socializing than photo taking for me.  But I still got a few. 

First though here's a shot, I took some time ago, of a dragon fly.

Now these are from this morning's sunrise.

I was happy to see that Dawn made it out and joined us till she had to go and pick up her daughter.

After a bit to eat at Koa Pancake House a group of us continued on to Koko Head Botanical Gardens.  The guard was kind enough to tell me that the Plumeria (common name Frangipani) was pretty much the only thing blooming.  So I never really got past the Plumeria trees.
