13-03-13 HPS Monthly Meeting Makiki District Park Community Gardens

Last evening was the monthly HPS meeting and for some reason the Republican Caucus for the state of Hawaii...big whoopie.  This created a huge parking problem not to mention the overcrowding in the building.  People were lined up and had to long waits to get in and do whatever they had to do for the party.  For the HPS members it created a huge problem trying to find parking then getting into the building to attend the meeting.  Despite it all, turnout for the HPS meeting was quite strong.  I was surprised at the number of OPMUG people that didn't give up and go home. 

I was lucky and got there early.  So I spent some time in the community gardens taking pictures of what I saw there.
