10-11-02 Kamehame Ridge

Richard, Peggy and their friends and I went for a hike up Kamehame Ridge late this afternoon. 

 

 

 This island on the horizon is Molokai.  This is the clearest I've seen it.  That's about 20 miles across the channel.  The bump to the right of Molokai is Haleakala, Maui.

The bright green spot in the center of the picture shows up in a number of my pictures.  I though my lens was dirty but it's not.  I don't know what caused the flash.
