Hawaii's 'largest' fireworks display dazzled Waikiki skies.

Royal Cosmetics Co., Ltd. from Japan celebrated its 25th anniversary in Waikiki on Monday night with a bang!  The fireworks display began at 8:40 p.m. from 3 barges, offshore, in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.  The show consisted of synchronized music, a light show and featured some 10,000 fireworks.

Grucci-Hawaii says that the Monday night show was one of the largest fireworks displays ever in Hawaii.  They had three vessels south of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel and an extensive display on the beach in front of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. 

This year marked the 14th year that Royal Cosmetics Co. Ltd. has held its annual incentive vacation convention in Waikiki.

The company was founded April 1987 in Naka-kasai, Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, as a dealer for Royal Gold, the basic skin-care product containing pure gold flakes.

It did prove to be a pretty spectacular fireworks show.
